DRIVER TRAINING & COMPLIANCE
Candidate drivers undergo pre-employment medical testing as well as verification of IDs, driver’s licences and Professional Driving Permits.
MultiLoads also has a dedicated Training and Safety Manager responsible for compliance, safety and health matters across the business.
A dedicated training centre is used for regular driver training, including real-world footage from vehicle camera systems to support ongoing safety awareness.
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORTING SAFETY
All MultiLoads vehicles are fitted with:
- Digital satellite tracking
- On-board camera systems
- Vehicle monitoring systems
These technologies help support driver safety, protect cargo and provide greater operational visibility.
RTMS ACCREDITED SINCE 2016
MultiLoads achieved Road Transport Management System accreditation in 2016 and has maintained it since.
RTMS focuses on three key areas:

Service and repairs managed according to OEM standards.

Monitoring driver skills, fatigue, road behaviour and wellness.

Managing load safety while helping reduce overloading and damage to national roads.
