Safety of our personnel as well as fellow road users is a top priority in the company. All candidate drivers are subjected to pre-employment medical testing to ensure they are fit for duty on the vehicles. Screening of the validity of ID’s, Drivers license and PdP’s is carried out on all candidate drivers to ensure that the company employs only drivers with valid qualifications.

The company has a dedicated Training and Safety Manager to ensure compliance to the relevant Acts, and manage general safety and health issues at the company. A dedicated training centre with multimedia facilities has been put in place for weekly training of drivers on all aspects of their job. The training material includes video material of incidents / accidents obtained from the cameras on the vehicles to cultivate a culture of safety at the company. In this regard Multiloads continuously launches new safety campaigns that deal with various subjects of safety.
